It seems that we are waiting for a new fashion trend in gloss: more and more stars and models oppose excessive enthusiasm for photoshop by editors of fashion magazines and stylists of fashion sites.
Lily Aldridge joined Giselle Bundhen and Beyonca, who had already criticized retouching. "Angel" Victoria’s Secret linen brand said:
I admit, I don’t like photoshop at all. It seems to me that when people are fond of retouching, you look at the picture and think: "God, this is no longer me". Photoshop "Takes" People have their natural beauty. I think when Giselle [Bunddehn] spoke about this problem, she meant that they wanted to deprive us of individuality. For example, I have a small pins between the front teeth, and sometimes it "Light". But I like my teeth! And indeed: it is one thing when it comes to, say, cosmetic defects (who wants to consider other people’s acne or, say, scars in the promotion?), and quite another when a person is turned into a plastic mannequin, with perfectly smooth skin and perfect bends of the body. Everything needs a measure, agree?
